By "dosing" grinder, do you mean grind-on-demand with a bean hopper, or single dose like the EG-1?

Also we are not recommending La Marzocco GS3 to beginners nor any double boilers, but good machines as cheap as they can get but still maintain the quality. And again, we are not taking money out of people's pockets.

Dear aficionados, my only espresso experience is using a La Marzocco GS3 at an office set up for several years where the grind was dialed, water was plumbed and everything cleaned on a daily basis by professionals –I just tamped and pulled the shot basically. Thanks to COVID, no more office for me... I am now planning to go straight into LMLM+Niche Zero.

La Marzocco GS3 MP or Slayer Espresso One Group. Paired with a Mahlkonig E65S GBW. That’s my endgame set up.

It’s all been very, very worth it. I’m not yet at my end game. I have a Niche on the way, and I’m waiting to upgrade to a La Marzocco GS3 MP when we move. (I need a bigger kitchen first.

No fuss. I was in the industry a long time ago and have worked on La Marzocco machines a little and love how solid they are. So I bought a La Marzocco GS3 and it’s paired with a Monolith Flat grinder by Kafatek. I also use a PuqPress for uniformity on tamping.

I’d use a flojet or a La Marzocco GS3 or Mini. Make sure whatever you pick up, it’s got the necessary ratings for your city.

Nice. I have the same ceado but with la marzocco gs3.

The ceado is ok but I must spray water every grind because of static elec.

The GS3 was always my dream machine ever since I bought my very first espresso machine (ah, the Saeco Aroma) 8 years ago. Since then, I have owned the Rancilio Silvia, Rocket Giotto Premium Plus, the La Spaziale Lucca A53 Mini, and now - the GS3 MP.

I can say with confidence after using the GS3 MP ...
