Total Failure At Six Months
I want to give it at least a 2-star rating, since it made really good espresso while it worked, but alas, an explosion of boiling water, billowing smoke, and tripped circuits sort of gives me pause. While it worked, it was a dream. Not super easy to use, but easy enough given the power and purpose o...

Solid machine
I have used Gaggia home machines for years, most recently ones from the Gaggia Baby range. Despite the name, "Baby" was the branding for the most serious Gaggia home machines with three-way-solenoids and a bit of power. With the Baby range discontinued this is the nearest alternative. First you have...

Earlier this year, I purchased a Gaggia Classic Pro and quickly realized the Encore may not be up to the task of grinding for a "prosumer" level machine. Like many before me, I decided to upgrade to the M2 burrs. Along with that, I'd seen others acquire the Preciso micro-adjustment ring and custom fit their Encore case to make room for it.

Cheapest way to pro espressos
The machine works great. I am getting flavors from coffee that my last machine, a Delonghi, didn't produce. And Cerini included a sample bag of espresso... so nice of them.

So I purchased a new Gaggia Classic Pro from WLL. It came in earlier today.
This is my fourth Gaggia
This is my fourth Gaggia machine in 30 years. I’ve always liked Gaggia as it makes a nice consistent cup of espresso. This new machine seems noisier than the other machines I’ve owned. I hope this one lasts as long as the last classic one.

Gaggia Classic Pro
Lots of fun using this machine so far. Starting to get more consistent results. Lots of online community for this machine to get the most out of it.

Good machine- but things you should know
Disclaimer: I own the previous model, the Gaggia Classic. I researched the differences between the old model and the Gaggia Classic PRO before writing this review.... The Gaggia Classic and Classic PRO machines are very good machines for the money. They do in fact stand toe-to-toe with the Rancilio ...

Real espresso anyone?
I just got back from Italy and admittedly don't drink coffee like Americans...big mugs of liquid consumed throughout the day for a continual caffeine fix. Having said that I live in Seattle and know good coffee. So I wanted to be able to replicate REAL espresso for a morning double shot that I could...
