So overall these are a good pair of earphones for the price.

The pair comes in the usual KZ white box with the image of the IEMs on the front, the model name, and some writing which nobody cares to read anyway so meh\~. The default cable is an upgrade from the previous models as the one this package has is a flat cable in silver; less prone to tangles and the color is more to my taste vs the olden copper-brownish ones. The tips are thin, but not as thin as the ones that come with the KZ DQ6. Overall, nothing to complain about.

Never owned an IEM before, only regular earbuds (apple, samsung, urbanears). I bought these because I was under the impression that the sound quality was going to be better than any generic hand me downs or earbuds that come with phones. KZ ES4: Similar to the ZSN Pro, but darker and more intimate. Faeeal & VE Monk Earbuds: Alright for their price, and have some nice staging for an earbud, but really don't compare to even the ES4 for technical performance. Other headphones like the Samson SR850, AKG K240 Studio, Koss KPH30i, have been given away, so I don't have them anymore. I'm gonna take a break from collecting full size headphones.

Basic Apple Earphones - Bass is strong (but it could be too strong and "poppy" for some people's taste). Build quality, fit and finish: 4/10: Cheap feeling, empty looking, all plastic, weird uncomfortable shape (that somehow stays in better than my Arias? ), Bad 2 pin plug design, weird and kinda thick nozzle that makes adding and removing nozzles difficult. Stylized KZ logo is now a generic looking ES4 print on PCB on all newer models. Ugly glue job around DD inside.
