Juice Quality When we dealt with this slow cold press juicer, we came across the quality of juice as outstanding.

We have a Kuvings C7000 and LOOOOOVE it! Been making juice every three days with it. Making oat milk with it and also making sorbets.

The centrifugal juicers bang up and aerate juice more, and thus may deplete some of nutrients. I generally recommend a slow masticating juicer. I have owned 3 juicers, a Norwalk I still use sometimes (a new one costs over $2k now), a Big Mouth centrifugal (which I gave away for free), and a Kuvings EVO820 (similar to Kuvings C7000) which is a slow masticating juicer . The Kuvings is the one I use nearly daily.
