I have been juicing centrifuge for over 40 yrs and I am healthy. I have a $600 Champion masticating do not use it 4 same reason as this juicer I returned.

I have an Omega VSJ843 and I love it. It’s so easy to clean and you don’t have to chop food up too small. It’s also very efficient and has been shown to extract more juice than others in some side by side comparisons.

this happened on a Monday, I called the company’s 1-800 number and within 20 secs someone answered. They were very knowledgeable and after a short phone call, they sent me an email with the details they required for the warranty claim. I sent the information back on Tuesday and by Saturday, I had the replacement parts on my doorstep. Things break, it’s happens, the question is how well does the company live up to its warranty

Now only two months later the juicer is broken and in a box, never to be used again, the seller only had a 30 day warranty. If you plan on using a juicer with any frequency, plan on buying another juicer and not from this seller. I had high hopes for this juicer only to be very, very disappointed in its acutal lack of performance. Save yourself the time and money and look for a horizontal auger type juicer, they last longer

The result is a better juice than I got with the centrifuge type. More juice and less wet pulp. So far so good. I will update in a month or so to see if I am still as happy maybe put another star or take a star away

The Omega did not require this. Bottom line, if I need to chop the veggies up to avoid stalling the motor, the large chute provides no advantage or saves time over the Omega, and the juice has less pulp. This is probably better for juicing soft fruits, apples, etc. but if you juice mostly greens and hard veggies a horizontal juicer is better

Being an engineer by training, I did extensive research on which juicer to buy. I'd like to share why I chose this one, and it's pros and cons -- so that I can hopefully save some of you some time. My two biggest criteria for selection were: #1- The juicer had to extract the MAXIMUM JUICE from the food, and #2 - The juice had to be EASY TO CLEAN. I figured that if the juicer was not easy to clean, I would not use it
