Designed on a solid base, the Honeywell HT-904 has a hemisphere casing that houses the fan and motor on a U-shaped harness. The airflow produced by the motor has three settings that push out a range of 4.3 to 6.4 mph wind, all on a head that will tilt vertically up to 90º. You can incrementally adjust the speed to suit your preference. Changing the settings is simple, and it can work well on most desktops due to the cord's 6-foot length. This model can also be wall-mounted. 
Though the Honeywell HT-904 offers solid airflow, it lacks an oscillate setting. And, with a noise level of 51 dBa on high, it makes more of a racket than most others in our review. For desktop use, the head's pivot is a decent range, but if you plan on using it mounted on the wall, it is hard to reverse the airflow because you have to un-mount it, flip it 180º, and re-mount it. Regardless, considering the small stature of this model, the airflow is impressive, and the noise it produces is pretty quiet in comparison to table fans with the same power.

 It still got the say to pull motor, it's actually very quiet and moves a really good amount of air. It'S a good value at $ 15. As well house pivoting head, you can pivot 90 degrees like so I usually have it around here. It also has three speeds controlled by a knob weight there on the back, easy use, those screws

Honeywell HT-904 TurboForce Power Air Circulator

 That means the fan motor ran cooler and did not have to work as hard. This contributed greatly to its very long lifespan.  It is the same principal as how a light bulb on a dimmer will last much longer than the same bulb at full brightness. A 200 watt light bulb dimmed down to 100 watts only runs at half power but still gives a 100 watt light

 I recommend this fan, but keep in mind that it may not last as long as the older models did.

I have had a Honeywell HT-800 for over 12 years. I think I paid just under $10 for it back in 2007. It has been an amazing little fan that has never failed me. I use the fan on the floor facing straight up to circulate the air throughout the room

 This little fan works beautifully to cool me off. It is small and lightweight so I can move it around and point it where I want it. It is quiet except that the plastic stand is thin and flimsy so it makes a loud humming sound when it is on a hard surface so I put a magazine under the fan and that eliminated the humming.The slats on the front of the fan are spaced well enough so I can wipe the accumulating dust off whenever I see it

Small but powerful

I use this in the bathroom where the low speed does a good job of clearing humidity after a shower. Inexpensive (you can easily spend 3 or more times this cost for a fancy, deluxe fan), reasonably compact, tilts, with 3 speeds, and is reasonably quiet. No remote, though, and controls are on the back (which may be inconvenient to your situation). The “white” fan we bought has a slight blueish tint, and isn't “hospital white

” I added an inexpensive on-off switch to the power cord since our fan is placed in a high corner where it’s difficult to get at.

Nice, compact, inexpensive fan

 The sound of the motor is rather loud and as soon as the room is free of the moisture I shut it off because I can hear it run through the house. That is the only complaint I have on this product. Otherwise It is perfect!

  I keep this fan on my bedside table.  My last fan was a Vornado and it was more expensive, much noisier and not as good quality as this one.   I am happy with this fan.  Only reason why I took off one star is it can get noisy depending on what surface you have it on

My bedroom is the hottest room in the house. This little fan works great right in front of the vent, cools the room significantly. It is a little louder than I expected but there’s no rattling or weird noises. The biggest pet I have with this fan is that it tilts with the slightest touch
