DDR5 with false advertised speeds?

in the end i went with a Z690 Aorus Elite AX DDR4 and my old 64GB of Crucial 3600 @ 15-17-17-34-CR1 Latency is 47ns i set vccsa to 0.95v and its rock solid. I need to pickup a lotes lga1700 mount though as the one that comes with the elite mounts the cpu nowhere near as level as the lotes one that came with the master so it hits tjmax at just over 300w of synthetic load.
