I have been using a Garmin Vivoactive 3 for several years and was quite happy with it, but thought for my birthday I would wish for a TicWatch Pro 3 GPS as I wanted to try out Google wear with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor. I also considered the Samsung Galaxy Watch3, but in the end, I decided to support the underdog Mobvoi as the reviews were good and it was less cluttered with Samsung apps.

I had the Vivoactive HR, went to Vivoactive 3, and plan on getting a Vivoactive 4 soon, after trying the WHOOP. I have a smart index scale I sync with Garmin Connect, and have all of my stats in one app.

I am very happy with this watch, but remember I wish I bought AW in the beginning. My main concern now is the difference in battery life. I am very pleased with Garmin, and have heard about battery issues with AW. I think that is the only thing holding me back is this, and the price maybe:):).

On prime day I saw a great deal on a Garmin vivoactive 4 (to my understanding it's their sort of Jack of all trades but master at nine, day to day type watch). I'm absolutely in love with it. The UI is so much better than fitbits, there's so many more features, much more customizability, more accurate tracking on just about everything (except sleep maybe). I wish Garmin was paying me but I was just tired of being disappointed by my Fitbit.
