With the Fenix, all of these useful sensors/metrics/data are right there, and with the Glances interface, they update in real-time in a single scrollable list. I can see the weather, sunrise-sunset time, a real-time compass/altimeter/baro/heart rate, steps, activity, sleep, etc. Without having to go in and out of separate apps.

Only Buy if You Really Need All the Options

I really wanted to love this watch. But... It's very well made. It's not heavy, or overly large on my wrist (I'm 5'9" 210lbs just for reference). Wear OS is making app sideloading much more difficult

It never really got back up to the quality it had before. Eventually I noticed mine dying in 2-3 hours and just upgraded to a Garmin Fenix 6X. I _wanted_ to like wear. I _tried_ to like wear.

Exceeded my expectations

I was a bit nervous about dropping $700+ dollars on a smartwatch, but after 2 weeks I can say it was well worth it. My favorite feature by far is the ability to put my audiobooks on my watch. My Garmin Fenix 6X immediately alerted my wife through incident detection even though I didn't take a tumble after the injury. I'm extremely impressed with the incedent detection alert system and would be very handy if something serious did happen. As a very active type one diabetic, this system gives me peace of mind that our Garmin watches will inform our emergency contact of any serious falls or injuries.

Hi quality but sub par User Interface

I was very intrigued by the crisp and bright display from the pictures on the net. But in reality the display is only bright in direct sunlight (where it is amazing and easy to read). In all other situations expect a dim and dark display.

It breaks up so much, you can't understand what the assistant is saying. Lastly, when I paired with my Garmin Fenix 6x, the connection is terrible and unusable.

I am a first time Garmin user, found bit of unuser friendly button presses/navigations to get it going. Did not know Garmin dont have touch screen feature, which would have been way better than button press. however, Getting use to it & start to enjoy the features it has.

I really like the pace of innovations and new features but when I needed a new watch one year ago I went with Garmin Fenix 6X Pro. What I'd like to see, at a minimum, before I switch to Coros as my next watch is the following:. * Ability to upload maps. I don't need full blown routable maps, but perhaps something that Suunto did for Suunto 7 would be sufficient.

Great watch for training with all the things required pls more but alas not enough banks to use garmin pay and to top it off Garmin get a grip and get iTunes compatibility please nobody with an iPhone are gonna pay for another streaming site
