Hell yeah. $300, $400. They're great speakers, and if you need something for your PC or to listen to music, they're fine

Purchased based on reviews. I wouldn’t classify these as “audiophile” material, but they are solid, well built, quality speakers considering the price range. Connected right to my turntable and push a reasonably loud and pleasant sound. Very happy with them.

Then based on the raved review of Edifier S1000DB (2 speakers) I bought a pair for TV. People were like the bass is so good you don't need subwoofer.
