Cuisinart DBM-8 Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill

I received a Cuisinart Supreme Grind last year, which I was very excited for. But upon use and research, turns out it’s a terrible choice for a burr grinder.

Just found out my Cuisinart DBM-8 is built on a mountain of lies and I don't have the fancy burr grinder I thought I did.

Cuisinart DBM-8 Supreme Grind, Automatic Burr Mill was $35 at Costco last year and man did it change my coffee life. I don't even want one of the expensive grinders.

I bought this grinder to replace another brand that quit working. This grinder does a good job. However I do not like that the hopper twists around as part of the grind fine/course adjustment. It makes it not fit well in my space due to the size of the hopper. I would probably choose another grinder...

But I don’t see any difference in the taste of the coffee. Previously I used a cheap blade grinder and the coffee used to taste exactly the same.

I have used this now twice a day for a month. The convienence of being able to just press a button and have my coffee ground for the prefect pot of coffee, is what I paid for.
