The media could not be loaded. this works great for a single cup, but if you want to do more then one cup the pulpe will over flow the bucket and then it will clog the pour spout. (which is why i now keep a straw handy when i use this.) i have the settings set at maximum pulp.

I have many Cuisinart products and have always loved them. This juicer is not one. Its spout that lets the juice out is way to low.on the machone to allow a regular glass to catch the juice and there is no way to pour the juice from the machine to a pitcher.
