It was packaged very well from the factory, however there was damage to the product that must have happened at the factory before shipping. Looks like I nice grill and works well, but I am disappointed. Cracked handle, bent and paint missing from the axle and missing paint on the interior.

Can't beat the price. The bad inside of the lid is peeling the back coating. I hope it's not toxic. I have had it for 3 months now.
