I will say that at this point, I am glad I got the pellet grill. It is very difficult to adjust and maintain the temperature on the kettle. After using the Kamander for more than a month, I decided to provide some thoughts on the product. Firstly, this is a very good grill, it easily competes with ceramic style models in all respects - as far as I am concerned. While the ceramic guys may represent the pinnacle of the barbecue process, the Kamander wins hands down on price and does not nickle and dime the buyer for necessary add ons.
