Alrighty folks, the PK Grills PK360 has been just humming along at 275 all day. You get those vents dialed in and it just sits there.

PK Original or PK 360 are both excellent and will grill or smoke. Cast aluminum so it'll last forever too.

It's a nice grill. Not too small but definitely not big. Well made and assembles easily. There are some issues with metal scraping on metal (especially with the vent tubes) and making adjustments to the airflow can be painful to your ears. PK 360 gets amazing reviews. Pellet grills will make very good bbq, but if you’re looking for something more versatile, I think the PK is the way to go. All depends on what you are looking for.
