After I broke out, I cut all "extra" products in my skincare routine and stuck to only Cerave Hydrating Cleanser and Cerave Moisturizing Cream in the AM and PM. I am now 3 days into my breakout and it's almost gone... and I didn't pick my face!!! I am absolutely sure if I did pick my breakout, it would have gotten worse because that's what always happened in the past.

-Mix 6 squirts of CeraVe Ultra-Light SPF 30 with CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and apply. I’ve also been messing around with an Aveeno oay complex lotion for moisturizer and the Neutrogena Invisible Daily Defense SPF 30. I normally don’t use Neutrogena sunscreens but the Invisible Daily Defense surprised me. It’s shockingly light, has zero white cast, and is even tinted.

It takes a while to feel fully absorbed. I’ll probably just use the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream when this is gone.
