Being the one who has always followed, no matter what just at least take off the makeup before you sleep, I proceeded to use Bioderma Sebium H20 to remove my makeup which works very well for me, but being too exhausted beyond that I just ended up going to sleep. I tried other pharmacy brands, I tried all the supposed drugstore dupes, I tried the other micellar waters from Bioderma, this one trumps them all. It's the only one that perfectly landed on that fine line between cleansing well enough and being so gentle I don't *need* to rinse it off.
