Then I bought an BenQ TK850i and I loved everything on this beamer, really nice picture, good lumen/brightness also on eco settings with not much noise, but one thing and it was sadly a deal-breaker:. Reaction time was super super high, even reaction time for sure is not my main priority, I don't game as often, but this was simply too much. I could not even stand the lag when I used the mouse on my computer on Windows, it was really to much. To just watch movies with this projector would be super, but I could not see myself gaming on it and really also using my computer via Windows was a pain in the ass bc of the lag of my cursor.

TH685i is probably a good option! It's a low input lag projector and although it is 1080p it is compatible with 4K. And 3500 lumens will fit your need I think. Btw it is the smart projector powered by android tv just like your TK850i.

Epson 3800 or BenQ TK850i. If you really hate bad gaming lag then sub that TK850 with the TK700STi (it's a short throw though so account for the fact it will need to be placed closer). The 3800 and TK850i are both great all-rounders.
