BenQ HT2050

I then purchased a BenQ HT2050 and I have been really happy with it. Now I want to upgrade to a 4k projector, and there seems to be a lot of good options. I am currently looking at the BenQ HT3550, LG HU70LAB (love the long life LED), Epson Home Cinema 4010 4K PRO and the Optoma UHD35 among others.

It took me about 3-4 months but I finally got a used Benq ht2050 on Kijiji. It was worth it. 100% better than those crappy projectors you are looking at. Get a good used one that is high qualty and you won't regret it.

I also found a BenQ ht2050 that has a big crack in the outer body but says that it functions perfectly. He was wanting $300 for that. I'm not super picky and just want a clear image for movies at 120". I won't be gaming too often on it and will probably just use it for movies and shows.

My Benq projector is giving me lots of trouble connecting to an apple TV/playstation or any other component using HDMI. Is skips between "source searching, source detect, and not found" over and over again. Sometimes it won't connect at all.

I expect the picture quality is similar to the HT2050. I have the W1070 (similar to HT1070) and the HT2050. I'm thinking the HT2050 has marginally better picture, but pretty similar.
