I bought this bag to be an extension of my pockets and a step-down from my backpack. I got sick of carrying a 20L backpack with 5 things on some days. Most days I carry my phone + mag safe charging pack, an iPad Pro 11 + charger, AirPods Pro a slim wallet with three cards, hand sanitizer, a pack of wet butt wipes (nothing beats a fresh feeling ass tbh), a stethoscope and a Topo designs mini accessory pouch (contains spare contacts, eye drops, bandages, a shoe wipe and a body wipe). I also carry a hydroflask 21oz.

Check out the Bellroy Sling (the regular 7l or the mini at 4l - the latter might suit you given how small your list of things to carry is). I have the CoB Xpod and while I like it, I wanted something simpler. The Bellroy Sling works perfectly for me - usual carry is a Switch, small battery pack, wallet, keys and sunglasses.

The quality is okay, but not as good as the picture shown. I returned this item, mainly because the size does not work for me, and it's too expensive for the quality.
