I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

Nice fit under counter

 Fortunately I had 3/8" to 1/4" tubing adapters on hand. I used them and completed the installation.

I bought this product to replace an under sink filter unit that was about 19 years old and started to leak the last time I changed filter cartridges and was no longer available.

Since this was a replacement rather than a new installation, I hoped to use as much of the existing tubing as possible to minimize my labor. The box said all tools and tubing were in the box. It was after I opened the box that I found out that this unit uses 1/4" tubing. The unit that I replaced used 3/8" tubing

So far, so good...

.6 months later, I needed to replace the filter. OK seems easy enough, but alas, same problem.

Good water, however

 Had to buy a separate line (only $4.98, but still) and was able to complete the install.

 I will be returning tomorrow to Lowe’s and will make sure that the next water purification system is not manufactured in China. You can find American Made on Amazon with great ratings for the same price these sell for at Lowe’s.

After spending 3 hours under cramped sink, removing old water filter system that I never had problems with but could no longer find filters so decided to purchase this unit. 

I went back to check under the sink an hour later and noticed water leak, all my connections were good and discovered that the leak was originating from the O-Rings that are provided with filter housings, I took video of leak and called the Help Line and the technician with AO Smith told me to take filter out and put a penny under it and reseal the housing. From a Customer Service standpoint that totally shocked me, first why would you put a coin inside a water purification system? It told me that AO Smith is aware of the problem and just passing it along to consumers. I will be returning tomorrow to Lowe’s and will make sure that the next water purification system is not manufactured in China. You can find American Made on Amazon with great ratings for the same price these sell for at Lowe’s

Do not buy..!

After spending an hour crawling in and out of the bottom of the kitchen sink finally get to the point to turn the water back on aaaand guess what? The system didn’t even go to a full pressure when the inlet push conector to the filter started leaking and never quit after reaching full pressure. Very disappointed with this product low quality of manufacturing. They could have use a compression fitting instead but I am sure it would have been more expensive. I would have payed the extra cost if they would have make an effort to develop a better quality product

Original install was good. Replacing the filter resulted in a leak. Called tech support - they told me to put a penny in the canister because the replacement filters are manufactured too small. The penny fixed the leak- but this is a crazy work around for a filter system that’s less than a year old
