I worked at a gym and theirs were amazing, this one is a little stiff but it works great for what is needed. I love to roll out before and after workouts to help work the soreness out and stretch my body out. Small enough to take traveling!

This roll is nice and firm to help get the kinks out of your muscles. However, it is very slippery and you have a hard time keeping it from slipping from under you. I use one similar at the gym and it does not slip like this one.

This was purchased to help with some therapy exercises at home. It is too hard of a material to use. Do not purchase if you need something that has any softness or flexibility.

This is so wide, it hits both my shoulders rather than my back/spine. If you want to have something that cracks your back, buy the whole set of Chirp wheels. Those are amazing.
