 You know your obliques, your side, your shoulders, everything and it loosens it up. It'S like a deep tissue, massage like someone who's really getting in there. You know grinding their elbow into you. That'S like the same feeling, the same sensation

 Telling you roll you've one calf out with this, and then you stand up and you sort of bounce around. You can feel that one calf is a lot looser. This thing works like instantly: not a hundred percent you're, not you're, not going to you know, feel get rid of the soreness completely, but it's substantial how much better! You feel once you roll around on this thing and it's no joke either you roll around on it

Trigger Point GRID Foam Roller Review

I like it, but not firm enough

Doesnt get heavy use

 So even though it can go up to 70hz, it doesn't vibrate as deep into the tissue as the older model.  Secondly, it needs a dedicated 9V charging adapter rather than the 5V Micro USB rather for the model. It's fine if you intend to use it at home, but for traveling, I much prefer the older design that can be charged with a cellphone charger or a battery pack, eliminating the needs to bring one more adapter.  So overall I think TriggerPoint got the size right, but they need to tune the vibration amplitude up
