So I am gonna keep this shoe. In the first run I was also concerned about the gigantic heel counter interfering with my ankles. But that did not happen. Overall the lockdown feels nice and comfortable.

I thought these would be high cushioned shoes that would help with Morton's neuroma. They're not. Brooks Caldera 4 cushion is better; Sketchers I got for $25 at Costco are almost as good. I use these Altras for walking. The toe box is bigger than the Caldera but not by much. I usually take a size 11...

First time with Hokas - Wow!
The Altra's allow me to forefoot strike with my heel being slightly off the ground while if I run with my natural strike in the Clifton's I was hitting my heel first. I wonder if anyone else has issue trying to go back to a shoe with heel-to-toe offset after running with zero drop shoes.
