Good quality built backpack
The design and materials are great! I wish it would’ve came with an external sunglasses/valuables organizer pouch on the outside. I also thought it was closer to ranger green( which is what I wanted) but, when it came it turned out to be army acu green (ugly, ugly color)!

I even managed to throw a pair of flip flops in one of the water bottle pockets and roll up a jacket and attach it via the bottom lash straps. So far I’m realizing the A19 Evade 1.5 is greater than the sum of it’s parts. I have bags that do certain things the Evade does, in some cases even better… but I don’t have a single bag that combines the same number of features in such a versatile package. There isn’t a ton of hype marketing done by/surrounding the A19 products (save for maybe the Carryology colab) but I kind of like that.
Alpha OneNiner Evade 1.5: Review - The Perfect Pack
What’s Perfect Large water bottle pockets while still being able to open clamshell styleRoomy and easy to configure large front pocketGreat carry comfort under loadMultiple choices of material, and even configurationsSpacious and protective laptop compartment What’s Not The bag is heavy, no matter which material you choose, coming in at 4+ poundsThe zippers are YKK #8, which function just fine but feel a little small on this bagThe compression straps have an interference issue, but can be resolved by swapping them front to back Wrap Up The Evade 1.5 is an unassuming bag that is extremely versatile.

Alpha One Niner Evade Pack Review — RMK Outdoors
Top-tier laptop compartmentYKK zippersClam-shell opening$Cordura Fabric Water bottle pocketsHidden Concealed PocketShoulder straps can be somewhat uncomfortableOverall, the Evade pack by Alpha One Niner is a complete package when it comes to having all the features of a great EDC pack. Coming in at $185 the Evade is very responsibly priced for having such great features while being made with top of the line materials. So far, the Evade pack is the most well rounded EDC bag that I have reviewed here at RMK when it comes to carrying all the daily essentials plus tech

Solid pack
Like all Mystery Ranch products it is solidly made of high quality materials. Lots of space. I wold recommend more internal pockets or get a few small pouches. Like to compression straps for smaller loads. Long and short I love it!

I've been thinking of selling all 3 of them and just getting the Alpha One Niner Evade 1.5 (Full) as it seems to have all the features in a bag that I want and also seems to accomplish the job of all the bags I currently own. This would be my one bag to do it all.
Perfect pack
Superior workmanship makes this pack the perfect companion when I am in need of lots of room. Carries well and has loads of compartments for dividing up my gear.

Personally I am leaning towards the A19 Evade 1.5 Full but I have serious concerns on the weight of the pack. Also, with the recent release of the A19 Pathfinder, it feels like the Evade has been one-upped and rendered slightly outdated in terms of overall quality and materials used (e.g. Fidlock buckles on the A19 Pathfinder).
