I’ve bought 4 Alpaka bags ( 2 bravo x slings, one go pro sling and one atom x sling) for me and my family. Not one problem with their products. Had a shipping issue with one of the bags, I contacted customer service on Instagram DM and it got straightened out fast.

Re the Alpaka - there's nothing quite as secure on the market, and for light carry that is secure and works for camera stuff also, and that doesn't look like all the other black slings on the market (which aren't set up for cameras mostly). No, I don't work for either company, just think the products are worth it).

Alpaka is doing a good job with their slings but I wish they had more options for backpacks, the current one is a little boring. Wexley did a good job of taking AER ideas and making them more interesting and premium.

I'm happy with my Alpaka Bravo X sling v2 in terms of quality/fabric/functionality, but I think you should carefully see if your EDC stuff can be fit in its tapered shape. It narrows down to bottom, so my water bottle (diameter 7.5cm / length 25cm) took up the entire main compartment and allowed nothing else in with it lol. Also the top opening width of this cool sling is less than 30cm.
