I used EQ but again it sounded less detailed if I did that and only sounded alright. Still amazing ANC so I use them. AKG K361/Shure SRH440H: People were talking about these as being amazing headphones but again sounded balanced but didn't floor me.

So I got myself a good starting point for hearing music as it should sound. Got the Sennheiser IE300 second hand for about 150€ and the AKG K361 second hand for about 60€. Qudelix 5k for dealing with very high sensitive ears and with not having a headphone jack and don’t want to be corded to my phone when hearing music. Before, I had some Shure SE215 CL (destroyed in the washing machine) and some Bang&Olufsen H2.

Coming from a pair of $20 headphones I expected more from these. The sound was meh, not noticeably better over my $20 pair of Ausdoms. The pads on these are the squishiest and probably the most comfortable I've ever felt on a pair of headphones, but its overshadowed by how tight they are on my head....
