I had this same struggle and ended up getting the ACS Minima and I am very happy with it so far! Also for a cheaper grinder the Eureka Mignon Crono has the same burrs as the silenzio but it is cheaper and works just as good for espresso.

It's a really outdated machine.

Another one I have read a lot of positive stuff about is the ACS Minima. Good luck with your purchase. I am pretty certain that you will be happy with and learn to love any machine you buy in this price range.

(ACS minima, Breville dual boiler, lelit Elizabeth, Profitec pro 300, rancilio silvia pro or X). If you were looking to make 2-3 large lattes (400ml of milk or so) you may want a machine with a lot of steam power where HX machines at that price point make sense (profitec pro 500,…), temperature stability is worse than for the dual boilers but if the machine has a PID it will help manage that.
