Amazing design/UI...Gets too hot on Turbo/High

Wanted to love this light, actually still kind of do. It hits about every checkmark for what I was looking for. Problem is on high it gets too hot in about 3 mins. Turbo, maybe a minute or so. Basically making it a 500 lumen light. One touch for turbo, moonlight or the last saved setting (low/med/hi...

**Must have integrated charging. **Would prefer 4000K or 4500K. **High CRI obviously preferred but really not critical. **I already have the following lights: Armytek Wizard Pro Nichia (my favourite), Zebralight SC64c LE (don’t like lack of integrated charger, nor the light appearance), AceBeam T36 (too bright on low), Sofirn SP36 Anduril (5000K, too wide, way too heavy), Armytek Prime A2 (CW and AA only) and a bunch of keychain lights.

Solid flashlight, good tail cap and long battery life.

Great flash light very bright. Only drawback is how hot it gets when you use it for more than a few seconds. It’s melted some of my uniform pants pockets. But for its main purpose of illumination it works great.

[NLD yet again] The Acebeam T36’s I pushed for arrived today!

I chose that combination because they both run on 21700’s (interchangeable in a pinch), they both have built in charging (can charge in the truck or dozer, and also easier than getting enough external chargers for everyone), and, well— they’re bright as sh*t. The T36 was also chosen because it’s one of the larger 21700 lights. Since these won’t be pocketed, but instead carried in a holster (that Acebeam graciously supplies) on our fire packs, the extra mass is just a bonus. Better heat management. The extra length also makes them easier to handle with leather gloves on, which brings me to the next reason I decided on these— they have a rear switch.

One of the best tactical flashlights!

This is an awesome light! Super bright for the size. Love the 21700 battery & the USB-C (fast!) charging. Small head makes for easier carry, but it does get very hot with extended use. Overall I've found my new favorite work flash, highly recommend!

What flashlights and accessories would we like to see released in 2021?

Acebeam T36 II. They could pretty much just bring it back as it was - Olight sells a lot of M2R Pros, and the T36 was its strongest competitor. Making the USB-C standards-compliant and using the B35A would improve it. A competitor to the Olight Warrior Mini without that light's problems.

I love Acebeam... But this light died

I have several Acebeam flashlights that are great. This one stopped working after becoming glitchy for a few days a month after I bought it

My sister is a firefighter and an avid outdoors woman, what is the brightest/best flashlight under 100$ that I could get as a gift for her?

It has easy magnetic charging. It's still very bright and has a quality LED for very pleasant light that wont cause fatigue or tunnel vision even after hours of use.
