 You can feel the quality when you lift the lid. Never going back to the ol char grillers lol I found mine at a scratch and dent store for $500 which was a steal.

Suggestions for a new propane BBQ. Specifics in comments.

Kitchenaid 4-burner gas grill - anyone own it? Worth it or get something else?

 Now, back to the grill itself. It's great. Heat distribution and temperature control are great. We're very pleased with it

 I'm going to close the lid back down, the light goes off automatically. How cool is that? As far as capacity, Weber says that this three burner Genesis 2 can fit as many as 20 burgers and you can see right here I have 30 wings on the grill and I feel like I could definitely fit another 30, 40, maybe even 50 more wings. And let me tell you something, these wings came out great. So this three burner gas grill is big enough for a good sized party

 And if you've got the four burner grill, forget about it, you could feed an army. Alright, so let's check out the Weber website, Weber.com and check out some of the prices on these grills. Now the entry level grill, well I guess the Q is really the entry level, but those I feel like are more portable grills and we've got the Spirit which is sort of entry level and next to that we've got the Summit and the Summit's like really high end, very expensive and I think the Genesis 2 is kind of right in that sweet spot where it's not lower end like the Spirit and it's not super huge money like the Summit

 For me, this is the grill I would get if I was getting a Weber Genesis 2. It's got the sear station here, it's got the side burner over here. Yeah, I just love the look of this and the stainless steel, you know stainless steel is not going to rust, so that is a huge plus. Let's go back here, check out a few more of these Genesis 2s

 So you can see some of these have doors and some of them don't have doors on the bottom. I kind of like the look of the one without the doors, but for me this one here, I like the stainless steel and I don't think they make the stainless steel without the doors and this has the sear station and yeah, I really like the look of this one. For me, this is the grill I would get if I was getting a Weber Genesis 2. It's got the sear station here, it's got the side burner over here

 However, I think that if you're gonna do things like have those baskets or other items on the barbecue, then you need to think about that when you decide which size barbecue you're gonna get. Again, I think the four burner is a great way to go, especially if you have like four or five family members or more than that, it's a great way to go. Or if you're just someone who likes to put a lot of food on the barbecue and maybe have some extra so that you can have some leftovers, that kind of thing. This should give you a pretty good idea of how much food you can fit on here if you're gonna kind of max out this barbecue

 Now, my opinion is to cook slow and low. Gotta make sure your food is cooked all the way through. Yeah, of course. But the slow and low and kind of not rush it

Kind of sounds ridiculous, especially since I owned, I have one of the covers to it, but I wanted to see durability-wise, how would it do so I could do a two-year review and say that it's never been covered up. It's fantastic. Now, I would recommend that you get some kind of a stainless steel cleaner

Whereas this sort of $900 sweet spot, they don't have a lot of competition in this price point. $1,500, $1,400 price point, a lot of competition and good competition

 All of these models, you can order in black or stainless steel. When you go upgrade to the stainless steel, it costs you more, and it's not so much because of the stainless steel finish, it's gonna be the actual cooking grates in the grill itself. So when you have the stainless steel model, you go from the cast iron cooking grates to seven millimeter stainless steel cooking grates. So that's why it's more expensive, is you get the stainless steel cooking grates in the stainless steel model

Of course it's for this is brandy this. So this is the first of all: it's the pretty sweet, that's a dress! I'M sorry grease dripping pan and I can't tell you so you can just buy these replaceable pieces of foil, these foil pans and it's super super easy and quick to switch out that grease. So that looks really nice

Weber Spirit II E-210 Grill Review

 Seems to me that this has lead to more unevenness of temperature across the grill. The market for gas grills is competitive; Weber surely has to fend off much cheaper imitations of their grills. Still, I'd be willing to pay more for a grill of quality circa 1991.

We've owned a Weber gas grill in this size class since the early 1990s, replacing them when worn out. The first two lasted a total of 30 years! I hate to say it, but this is not the same quality grill as the one we purchased in 1991. Temperature control has always been simple and effective on Weber grills; this one not so much. Keep your eye on the thermometer -- it will want to continue to rise

The grilling grates are heavier duty than the prior model but the spacing between bars has increased to the extent that one must be very careful grilling burgers else one lose part of the burger. Lastly, the two burners in this model run front to back, rather than side to side in prior models and they seem to burn more gas to make up for the decreased total burner length

 I mean it's just giving you a ballpark anyway, as far as the grease tray really easy to remove that that's how easy it is couldn't be any easier and that's a pretty good sized tray. I only clean my it out about twice during the grilling season again as far as everything else, there's no rust on this. The wheels still operate very well rolls around really easily, and all you have to do is keep it maintain. It just get this a good quality stainless steel, cleaner, and this will Sparkle - and it's great I love this grille

 You do want something: that's going to hold a lot of heat so that you can get a good sear on your meats, and I was not able to get that with the other grill that I had. So this is a two burner and it does have a electronic ignition right here. Just takes a double-a battery and the battery compartment is actually down here right down. Here is where the battery goes in

 Another thing that I really like about the Weber is the fold-out side tables they are permanently attached. They don't accidentally fall off of the grill, but on the rubber meet. If you didn't hold it, he didn't fold them just right or if you were just fiddling around, they would actually detach from the grill and could fall so these are attached, and I love that now on this side here there are three little hooks that you can. Hang your utensils from the other side has hooks too, but so both sides have the hooks, and then you do have a front access door for your propane tank and the other grill that I had did not have that
