Weber Genesis II E-310 Gas Grill

We have had ours for nearly 10 years with no issues and great results. Would also recommend Grillgrates for the Weber - got a full replacement set of GrillGrates to replace the stainless weber grates and its amazing the amount of heat it adds to the grilling surface.

When I ordered this grill I believe I had ordered a natural gas grill when I received it it was a propane went back and looked at my order didn’t realize when I searched it I searched natural gas but it came up propane so that was my fault but they don’t offer a conversion kit they say it’s dangerou...

Weber Genesis. It’s around 7-800. I know that’s higher but man is it greats. Lasts forever. Great heat retention. I am going to marry that grill.

This is my third Weber grill, I had call Weber's Customer service due to parts missing in the package! Not very responsive! In pass my dealing with Weber were fine, however this time they were pretty bad. I regrett buying a Weber grill if I get another it will not be a Weber! Plenty equal or better ...

This is NOT directed against Amazon, or the supplier BUT WEBER. A plastic cover missing - igniter does NOT work, Haed to order. You would think that Weber would overnight the parts RIGHT? Not even close - still waiting.... Weber supposed to be the best, be careful that you don't fall of your throne.

The grill works great. However, the shipping package was woefully inadequate. Cross braces were bent and twisted. The shelves were dinged and bent. Spent half the assembly time straightening things. Would not order by mail if I had to do it again.

Had a couple issues 1st one was the first burner was hit or miss wether it would light or not and 2nd not very even heat distribution

Only thing wrong with the grill is the cheap grill crate. All grill meat sticks to it. Is there something to prevent this?

Overall we are very happy with the grill. We opted for the no cost assembly. Two people arrived to assemble the grill. They were very nice and professional. Arrived on time.
