I also love the simple and easy to use Roku interface and remote. It is a relief to not have a big remote with 50 buttons, of which you will never use 40.

It takes a total of 18 (yes, EIGHTEEN) button presses on the remote to successfully make a connection, and get me back to the input I was watching. (I'm not even including the button press on my headphones). In comparison, my Blu-ray player takes exactly ONE press of a button, but I like to use my Xbox for a superior picture, as well as 4K support (Xbox lacks Bluetooth). This seems like a software fix needed on Sony's end

I liked the features that this tv offers for this price point (screen size, in-built chromecast) but the android interface has been really terrible. Apps take forever to open, navigation is a pain and the whole experience is laggy and frustrating. Android could have at least spared me from show promotions which occupy over 70% of my Home Screen and I need to navigate away from to get to what I want to watch. I decided to not go for a TCL Roku tv in favor of Android TV in the hopes of a better user experience but so far has been an utter disappointment

Yeah, that’s gonna be a no from me. $4k for a 75” LED is a bit rich for me, especially on a TCL. I’m either keeping my r635 (one year return window at BB) or upgrading to a sub-$3k 77” C1 around BF.

As the title says, I just recently bought a new Sony X90J and as I am not happy with the motion performance while gaming. Panning and moving the camera around causes stutter and blurriness that was not as noticable on my old 2009 LG Tv. Maybe imperfections are now more visible because of the better resolution as this is my first 4K tV.

Like most other reviewers, I noticed a horrible lag between pressing a button and seeing a response on the screen. My other two smart TVs don't have that problem, so it isn't anything to do with the Wi-Fi. The quick setup went so smoothly that I was excited that this would be a terrific smart device, but then everything fell apart from there. The developers clearly have not perfected or even made an acceptable user interface

I will keep the TV, but would go for cheaper model next time for my particular needs in that specific room. Unless you sit close to the screen, lots of the advantages of this screen quality get lost. Sound wise, it's actually usable after some equalizer adjustments, but here too I'm using HomePods that deliver fuller sound and don't sound like a TV speaker. (the TV allows connections to Amazon and Google wireless speakers as well)

I also like that unlike most smart TVs this one gets updated periodically, probably because it's running Android and not some proprietary system that no one cares to patch after they sell it. Sound quality is pretty good even with the built in speakers.
