Sony X900H vs Sony X90J

Occasionally, my x900h will be unable to recognize the audio source from the PS5, resulting in no sound, no matter what settings are adjusted to the tv and/or console. To alleviate this, I have to do a "Restart" from the x900H's menu system, which seems to allow the tv to power down completely and then reboot. Once I do this, the sound comes back. Not sure if this is an issue with the PS5 or the x900H

I will keep the TV, but would go for cheaper model next time for my particular needs in that specific room. Unless you sit close to the screen, lots of the advantages of this screen quality get lost. Sound wise, it's actually usable after some equalizer adjustments, but here too I'm using HomePods that deliver fuller sound and don't sound like a TV speaker. (the TV allows connections to Amazon and Google wireless speakers as well)

A week later, and still no closer to resolution. Before you buy Sony, I'd recommend visiting customer support and trying to reach somebody. No email address. No physical address

In fact, with the previous (deemed defective model) I had tried with another soundbar and had problem, so I have asked them to re-open case. Not happy..

The remote is terribly ulgy, cheap looking and just outdated. No light, it's super long and skinny. It's just really an eyesore to look at. I know, not a huge deal, but man it feels like a remote from 1990 or something

4k and HD video look great, but so does SD stuff (I watch a lot of old content on DVD). The remote is also fairly easy to use--at least for the limited features for which I need it. I can't speak for the sound or the Smart TV features, as I have the TV connected to an Onkyo receiver and use a plethora of other devices (PS4, XBox One, Apple TV) for streaming purposes. I can say, however, that contrary to other reviews posted here, the television almost never asks me to log in to Google (I've been asked once in the month since I've had it)

It takes a total of 18 (yes, EIGHTEEN) button presses on the remote to successfully make a connection, and get me back to the input I was watching. (I'm not even including the button press on my headphones). In comparison, my Blu-ray player takes exactly ONE press of a button, but I like to use my Xbox for a superior picture, as well as 4K support (Xbox lacks Bluetooth). This seems like a software fix needed on Sony's end

Terrible warranty and policy standards (I'll give them an "F"). Also, their "smart" features and overall interface is slow, glitches (kicks me out of programs), randomly resets itself, and the refresh rate of streaming services/channels is abysmal ("D").

I went back and forth between getting the 65 inch LG CX or 75 inch Sony 900h and saving money by getting the larger tv. I went down the OLED rabbit hole, and coming from a 12 year old plasma, I was attracted to once again getting the technology that offered the best picture, despite the added cost, risk of burn-in, and weight. Coming from a 50 inch screen, I feared I would think 75 inches would be too big. A sale on the Sony tipped me over to going with the bigger screen, and I am very glad I did

I get random issues connecting and my stream will often disconnect randomly as I'm watching. Seeing as I bought the TV for the size and the picture and not the apps I am happy with my purchase but just a warning for others if you think you will be casting often.

As the title says, I just recently bought a new Sony X90J and as I am not happy with the motion performance while gaming. Panning and moving the camera around causes stutter and blurriness that was not as noticable on my old 2009 LG Tv. Maybe imperfections are now more visible because of the better resolution as this is my first 4K tV.
