Sony FX3 vs Sony FX30

Coming from the Blackmagic pocket 4k I thought I would enjoy the connivence of better battery life, amazing autofocus and smaller form factor. The colour science with slog-3 was a let down as well as the overly digital look it had. The biggest factor for me was the chroma noise in the shadows, I figured the 10bit codec would be good enough for this but it was not. I really wanted to like this camera

And I like that the image is oversampled and has consistent framing between 24 and 60 frames per second, which was my biggest complaint about the a7IV...
