Called Amazon customer service, not helpful at all (this is weird because they are usually very helpful). Anyways I'm returning this piece of trash and getting another brand. First time getting a Samsung product and this is what I got. Never buy Samsung again!

You have to slide your thumb or finger around a good bit to find it when not looking. Also when you are holding the remote with the fatter part in your hand as you normally would the control ring and button do not fall intuitively under your thumb. They are a too far up. TLDR; If you just want to turn on the TV, have it be in control and do whatever it does, you'll be fine. But if you step off the narrow path of Samsung-centric experience, you are in for a rotten time.

It takes a total of 18 (yes, EIGHTEEN) button presses on the remote to successfully make a connection, and get me back to the input I was watching. (I'm not even including the button press on my headphones). In comparison, my Blu-ray player takes exactly ONE press of a button, but I like to use my Xbox for a superior picture, as well as 4K support (Xbox lacks Bluetooth). This seems like a software fix needed on Sony's end

- SOAP OPERA EFFECT ENABLED OUT OF THE BOX - Disable this! It ruins 4K movies! You can do your own research on this topic, but bottom line, this TV (like many competitors) automatically enables "motion smoothing technology" which might be OK for sports, but RUINS real 4K movies. But don't despair! Just disable LED Clear Motion in the Expert Settings, and the problem is solved. - Sound. The soundbar also, for whatever dumb reason, comes set up with "sound delay" which means moving mouths do not match the sound

I will keep the TV, but would go for cheaper model next time for my particular needs in that specific room. Unless you sit close to the screen, lots of the advantages of this screen quality get lost. Sound wise, it's actually usable after some equalizer adjustments, but here too I'm using HomePods that deliver fuller sound and don't sound like a TV speaker. (the TV allows connections to Amazon and Google wireless speakers as well)

Panning and moving the camera around causes stutter and blurriness that was not as noticable on my old 2009 LG Tv. Maybe imperfections are now more visible because of the better resolution as this is my first 4K tV.
