49" screen size: I have an autonomous 53" inch smart desk and this monitor took half the width of the desk. The viewing distance was too close for me. But they NEVER listened when I said "there is NO universal remote icon on my 'source screen'"

So they string you along for weeks with no resolution and managers never want to take calls, so there is no fix and they aren't honoring the warranty. UPDATE - Samsung finally got back to me. They don't have any spare parts to fix it and are offering a credit for a new one, but now they have increased the price so I'd have to shell out an extra $200 to get it replaced? What a scam and what a way to not honor the warranty. Will not be buying a Samsung product again
