How do I get printed instructions for the remote? Like, MUTE, STOP a video, PAUSE a video, and so many more. Also, the volume control is difficult to operate - just the TV volume control from my cable box is very poor. If something is playing thru streaming, it can be very loud. What gives? I need help from Samsung

The picture, form-factor, and basic UI are quite nice. The fact that the remote recharges with solar and USB-C connection is pretty slick. Having a piece of art instead of a black box in the wall when we’re not watching is also a welcome change. There’s a lot to like about it

However, this TV remote/pilot is quite annoying. It has minimum options to control, and it is difficult to use in a dark room (its buttons are not lit). Also, the Tv software/program annoyingly wants you to go on the internet and purchase/join some networks/providers. I called Samsung, repeatedly and they refused to explain, help or in any way acknowledge that this TV was incapable of 'Universal Remote' programming. I spent hours on the line with the tech person and they continually put me through the same hoops: unplug, replug, reset, disconnect cable box, reconnect cable box, etc. and now select the "Universal Remote Icon" from the source menu. But they NEVER listened when I said "there is NO universal remote icon on my 'source screen'"

One complaint on this is that some of the smart features are not excellent. For example, on the remote, there are several buttons to open up Netflix/Prime/Disney+ etc. but there's no way to change where those buttons lead. So for someone like me, who uses Hulu more often than anything else, the only other direct option is to use the microphone, which frequently misunderstands me- as most voice activated things do

It has a motion detector, so I have it turn off art mode when no motion is detected after an hour.
