Other than the big ones, the variety is disappointing, even in the music section. 3- I do not buy a TV outright only to have the manufacturer decide what I CAN'T remove. The first damn option in your "customizing" short cut bar, is SAMSUNG's forced-on-you advertising slot, that cannot be moved out of the or removed, and I have no interest in it! There are a few others that can't be dropped, but can be moved. 4- Despite trying to follow the trend to smaller remotes, they missed the mark

I called Samsung, repeatedly and they refused to explain, help or in any way acknowledge that this TV was incapable of 'Universal Remote' programming. I spent hours on the line with the tech person and they continually put me through the same hoops: unplug, replug, reset, disconnect cable box, reconnect cable box, etc. and now select the "Universal Remote Icon" from the source menu. But they NEVER listened when I said "there is NO universal remote icon on my 'source screen'"

The set up for this TV wasn’t awful, but Ivwas hoping for a more intuitive experience. We were able to get Netflix and Amazon Prime figured out with some patience. So far, we haven’t figured out Disney+. Maybe I need to make adjustments in the TV settings, but the picture only seems a touch better than our 4-5 year old Samsung UHD

The picture, form-factor, and basic UI are quite nice. The fact that the remote recharges with solar and USB-C connection is pretty slick. Having a piece of art instead of a black box in the wall when we’re not watching is also a welcome change. There’s a lot to like about it
