The only con is the remote that comes with this tv, too difficult to use, weird design, no key pads. I had to buy the regular remote at Samsung because I couldn’t get used to it, other than that everything else is great.

Bumping up the color saturation basically matches OLED, but the gradients on OLED are a bit better, so bokeh looks more natural there. One thing I like and don’t like are the smart features. Apps included actually outperform my Apple TV 4K first generation in image processing, but the apps themselves don’t use Airplay 2 to use apps like a remote to control with any Apple device. Alexa is cool and has more features than Google, but she’s not nearly as intelligent

However, Samsung needs to get a better guide for use. Very cumbersome to add channels and does not have app availability like a Roku. It's "atmospheric" screen saver is just awful as are most of the other options. Forget surfing the internet

The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the interface for their smart tv setup. I am admittedly a user of Vizio tvs mostly, and with this being the first Samsung that I am using the Smart Tv interface on, its a big change. There is nothing wrong with it persay, just be mindful it does take getting used to.

I will update this review if I choose to replace rather than get a refund, fingers crossed the process isn't a nightmare and it can be resolved expeditiously.
