Coupled with the bad pre calibration and agressive ABL ( Automatic Back Lighting ) colours clip at the high brigthness levels and look washed out  because the TV is losing color volume in higher brigthness scenes. In terms of colour accuracy and reproduction it doesnt compare to the X85J and X91J

The 85&quot; Q80A uses a VA panel so logic tells me it should be the only one in the Q80A lineup closest to the Q80T performance of 2020. But there&#39;s a lack of reviews for it, I actually can&#39;t find any reviews for the 85&quot; VA panel variant.

Also, is there a difference between Full Array or Quantum Dot? I think they&#39;re the same thing, just different naming right?

 I do not like this oversimplified, everything on-screen, remote control which is why I'm very thankful that the Samsung remote control for my previous model continues to work and gives me single-button direct access to many of the features I would have to shuffle through to find using the on-screen commands. of course the remote that came with the q80 will not control the volume for whatever reason so it is effectively useless.

What to say about my new Samsung q80. let's start with the fact that the remote control stinks. Remote sucks, features only work sporadically

 But the specs and price were too hard to ignore.  Off the bat the image quality is great. Set up was pretty easy too. The remote is kinda small actually and I wasnt use to the volume 'button' at first so that confused me at first

So that's kind of a neat little feature that you're able to access it right here on your remote through there.  If you're in the market to buy a brand new TV,

 then Samsung is one of the best brands to buy.

 we're gonna do a review of the Samsung Q80A.

 and I've had for a little bit of time now,

 and putting it to quite a few hours of use

 with my kids and my family of watching TV

 of some of my opinions on being an honest,

 normal average consumer of buying a television.

 I don't, I'm not affiliated with them by any means.

 So what I'm telling you is all my honest opinion

 of owning this thing for a little bit of time now.

 and then I'll talk about more of the in-depth specifics

 But as far as owning it for a few weeks now,

 I had a 55 inch and I went bigger to 65.

 So I think a lot of times whenever we upgrade our televisions

 we usually end up going bigger, but that's what I did.

 And I got to tell you the picture on this, beautiful.

 The other day I was watching end game on it

 It was almost like they were right there

 and I could reach in there and touch them.

 So like right now I've got a background image on here.

 This is kind of like their screensavers that they have.

 Samsung has built in a ton of different kinds

 of screensavers that you can put on there.

 So instead of just having like a black picture

 you can have something that's pretty to look at

 just like this and it stays on there for quite a long time.

 Now, one of the main reasons that I went with the QLED

 when I was shopping around for televisions

 because I had it boiled down to two TVs.

 because I think that's what TVs are gonna be going to

 So I wanted to make sure that I buy a TV

 that's gonna last a while and it's gonna be

 kind of future proof because how often do you buy TVs

 for your main living room is every so many years.

 that's gonna last a while and it's gonna be something

 that's gonna be a good TV for years to come.

 But the reason that I went with this one, the QLED,

 was because when it comes to OLED and QLED,
