  I was pleasantly pleased with the smart functions available. You have the ability to choose from various subscription based programs (Amazon Prime, Netflix, and others) as well as various internet based services, such as YouTube. It is possible to listen to various radio stations on the TV if they are broadcast on the net. A person could possibly shop online with this set

 I haven't tried that, but I don't see any reason why it would be a problem.  My only complaint would be in the design in the remote control. It's very sensitive and you will lose what you are watching if it is dropped on the floor, or if that cats walk on them. Also, it's almost too simplistic to function with the cable service

Great TV!

 Changed those batteries and the original remote for the TV no longer works, changed the batteries, nothing. There's no buttons on the TV for manual control, so I'm forced to unplug and plug in the TV when wanting to use. Unfortunately with Amazon's return policy, I'm stuck with the TV.

Faulty

 But trying to figure it out initially was harder than it should have been.  -Phone as a remote I bought this TV hoping that I could use my phone as a remote but sadly I cannot. The mobile remote app is slow, glitchy, and bloated. There is no dedicated remote app for Samsung

I write this as a 29 year old software developer, Samsung android diehard. After a month of using this TV these are the main reasons I dislike this TV. The main app selection menu is too small to see, over the top advertising, the remote is not easy to use at first, using my phone as a remote is not functional, the TV is loaded with undeletable bloatware, and changing the volume via Chromecast isn't supported at all.  -App menu My biggest problem with it is the list of apps is so small I can barely read it from my couch that is 5 feet away! It takes up maybe 1/10th of the screen, and I haven't been able to find a way to make it bigger

 The bloatware is so large it used up 50% of the TV's memory and naturally you can't delete any of it.  -Remote Figuring out the remote is not easy. The volume button took me several minutes of messing around with to figure out it's a weird unmarked toggle that you flip up and down. Once you get used to the remote it's ok

 The mobile remote app is slow, glitchy, and bloated. There is no dedicated remote app for Samsung. You have to use the smart things app which is trying to do way too many things. It takes me 4 clicks to just get to the volume button in the app and the volume button does not work well at all

Not an easy TV to use

 I would have rated a 5 if refresh rate was 60hz when wireless connected as a PC monitor.

The Samsung QN32Q60AAFXZA is the best 32 inch smart TV we've tested. There aren't many 4k TVs available in this size, and you could find more 4k monitors at 32 inches if you're going to connect a streaming device or gaming console. However, if you want to take advantage of the smart features of the TV, so you don't buy external streaming boxes, it's a decent overall TV.

The 32 inch model has a 4k resolution like the 55 inch model we tested, so we expect the smaller size to perform like the larger TV. It comes with Tizen OS as its built-in system, and even though it's considered a reduced version of the OS found on higher-end Samsung TVs, it's still easy-to-use, and the menu navigation is very smooth. The remote even has a built-in mic, so you can ask it to open up your favorite apps quickly.

Unfortunately, it has a mediocre frequency response as it doesn't produce any bass and won't sound accurate, so you'll need to buy a soundbar for a better sound experience if that bothers you. In terms of picture quality, it delivers deep blacks in dark rooms and gets bright enough to fight glare in well-lit environments. It also delivers decent gaming performance as it has an okay response time and low input lag for a responsive feel, making it the best 32 inch TV for gaming that we've tested.

The best small smart TV you can get in a 32 inch size is the Samsung QN32Q60AAFXZA. Lately, 32 inch TVs are becoming harder to find, but luckily this model is available in this size, and it performs like the 55 inch model we tested. With a 4k resolution, it has a high pixel density that results in crisp images, which is important if you want to use it as a PC monitor, and it displays proper chroma 4:4:4 in PC Mode for clear text.

It's a basic entry-level TV with decent overall performance, but it lacks many extra features. It has a VA panel that performs well in dark rooms thanks to its near-infinite contrast ratio, and it has excellent black uniformity with minimal blooming around bright objects. However, it lacks a local dimming feature to further improve the contrast. You won't have any issues watching cable TV or if you stream content because it upscales lower-resolution content with issue, and the Tizen OS interface is user-friendly.

Unfortunately, it doesn't support any extra gaming features like HDMI 2.1 bandwidth or VRR support, so you're limited to 4k @ 60Hz gaming if you have a console. Its motion handling isn't the best either, as there's some blur behind fast-moving objects, but it still has low input lag for a responsive gaming experience. Also, it displays a wide range of colors in HDR, but highlights don't pop. Regardless, it's the best 32 inch TV you can get.

The best TV you can get in a 32-inch size is the Samsung QN32Q60AAFXZA. It's one of the few 32-inch TVs available with a 4k resolution, making it the best 32-inch 4k TV, and it performs similarly to the 55-inch version we tested. The high-resolution screen combined with the relatively small size results in an incredibly sharp image. Although it's expensive for a small TV, it offers the best picture quality compared to other 32-inch models as it displays deep blacks with minimal blooming, and it also gets bright enough to fight glare in a well-lit room.

It runs Samsung's Tizen OS smart interface, which is easy to use, quick, and has a great selection of streaming apps, making it the best 32-inch smart TV. It can even be wall-mounted, which is great if you want to tuck it into a corner of your kitchen or mount it on a swing arm.

The best small TV we've tested is the Samsung QN32Q60AAFXZA. It's a decent entry-level TV, and it's one of the only 32-inch TVs with similar performance to the larger sizes, including a 4k resolution. It delivers decent picture quality, with a high contrast ratio for deep blacks in a dark room and great peak brightness in SDR. It handles glare well thanks to its decent reflection handling, making it a good choice for an office or bedroom with lots of light.

It has a built-in smart interface with a great selection of streaming apps, so you don't have to worry about buying a separate streaming stick to watch your favorite shows. It's a pretty basic TV, though, so it lacks any advanced gaming features like FreeSync variable refresh rate technology, and although it supports HDR, it lacks a local dimming feature, and it can't get bright enough for HDR content to stand out.
