Really wanted to like this sound bar but ended up returning it.

Sorry Vizio, I really wanted to fall in love with this sound bar but I ended up returning it. The major issue for me was the EXTREME volume of the sub woofer. Even on the very lowest setting the woofer volume was overwhelming. I spent hours on the internet reading about this problem and a good number of people are reporting the same issue

Sound Quality

REMOTE CONTROL IT COMES WITH DOES NOT WORK

It sounds great, though I sure would like to adjust it to see how the other options sound. Second issue is you can't see the controls on the sound bar unless you are standing over it. The soundbar is wall mountable, so if you wall mount it, you can see the controls and lights, but I am not wall mounting it. It sits in front of my tv

It integrated easily with my TV and different options including Bluetooth just add to the allure of this product. It was simple to set up via the HDMI ARC port on my TV. I used the smart thing apps to access the equalizer and dialed in the sound to my taste. I hooked it in through Wi-Fi and it updated the firmware automatically

I tried for a few hours to get it to work with alexa, I'm a professional technician and work with AV equipment for a living but this configuration was beyond me. Samsung product experts were absolutely no help. Basically the unit would be connected to the internet in the samsung app and I did manage to connect it to alexa but in alexa app it said the unit was not connected to the internet, but it was. I tried all the normal stuff like updating the firmware etc
