The Town Watch

 It has kind of a sand blasted finish and I like it. It it seems like you know has some sort of coating on it but it's just a just a sand blasted finish and and I would hope that it would stand up pretty well to scratches. The lugs here do have a slight turn down to them and the watch fits really well on the wrist. The case back is a solid case back and it is screwed down and you can see that the Expedition North logo and words are engraved there on the case back

 A big plus with this watch for me is this strap. It is very well done. It has a good thickness to it. It seems like it's a rugged and durable leather strap

 Let me shut off the lights and let's check the loom. Well, the loom is honestly a little bit disappointing. The hands are glowing well, but those little triangle pips really do not hold a charge very well at all, and when those go away, you can still tell the time technically, but I would really like to see a better application of loom and I I would prefer to see all of those numerals loomed on the dial. I think that would be pretty cool, but at least the hands are glowing okay

 You do get a nice fixed keeper that is signed with Timex. the other one moves around here. Pretty generic buckle but does the job and that's signed with Timex also. And then you get the quick release as well, which I think is always a plus

 Timex says the strap is made sustainably, which is nice, I still typically wear it with a black leather strap. I did not purchase this through Amazon but saw the lack of reviews and felt I should contribute with my positive experience.
