 I have heard, of course, that it can handle a lot, but it would be nice to know the exact weight capacity that they've tested these things with. That being said, I'd probably expect it to be a thousand pounds or something, but we will research that and get that into the full written article if it's available in some way. One thing I will say about the Rogue products, especially this bar, they do package them and everything very, very well. So the Titan Bar came in a tube, a cardboard tube, but one problem is it came out of the tube

 Okay, so this is going to be a very quick review of the Rogue Echo Bar 2.0. I've been using it for several months now while at the same time also using the Titan Fitness Economy Bar because what I wanted to do was get the two cheapest bars from both Titan Fitness and Rogue Fitness and kind of compare them. I believe this Rogue Fitness Bar used to be called the Beater Bar, but you may want to double check that

 For most beginners, I would simply go with the cheapest bar you can get that's a decent amount of quality and can hold the amount of weight that you think you're going to go to. With the Titan Fitness Bar, that's 700 pound capacity, so that's best for most beginners. I don't know if I would recommend spending $300 on the Rogue Echo Bar 2.0 if you're a complete beginner

Although I am glad I started with the rogue 2.0 for olympic lifts and every other lift because with the aggressive knurling on the power bar, it would be too much for a lot of workouts but then it feels perfect for power movements. In all, I would suggest starting with the 2.0 because it is all around more versatile

New boneyard Ohio Power bar. Can anyone tell if it's stainless steel or bare steel? Love it, totally worth the price, with only one blemish probably from when it was getting knurled. Love the aggressive knurling, and with the center knurling it is great for squatting. No whip when I squat 1000lb.

Eleiko Oppen and Rogue Westside Power Bar 2.0 came in. Now I have my bench (super bench pro), barbells, dumbbells (PB Pro 90s), plates (Rep Comp Bumpers), T-3 roller j-cups, Titan crash pads, and some horse stall mats.

 The bar DEFINITELY puts more emphasis on your quads. This is hopefully exactly what I need..

 Something to give more oomph to the quads (which is what I need to really get my straight bar squat to keep moving up) without taxing my core so much like a front squat and the fact that I can swap out one of my squat days with this and give my old ass shoulders a break now and again!.

 I feel more confident squatting under this bar and will just be using less weight on it since it's so heavy. If I had a do over, I would like to be able to get the 1,000 lb capacity version v. this 1,500 lb. capacity if that were an option

Much better than a regular barbell for squats.

 And this one has Olympic sleeves so rather than having to have secondary collars like axle bar collars because most of these companies are using schedule 40 or schedule 80 pipe for their sleeves, this actually uses a sleeve that is equal to what you'd find on a barbell like 1.9 inches outside diameter so you could use a normal collar on there. You don't have to buy something separate and the sleeves aren't powder coated. So one of my biggest issues with most of the safety squat bars and specialty bars in general today is that they powder coat the entire bar

 This they completely reworked it. In reality, I could put the Elite FTS SS yoke and the Titan safety squat bar next to each other and outside of like the looks, you really wouldn't be able to tell any difference. So you know, again, this goes back to should we be upset that Titan Fitness is stealing or copying ideas from other people, I don't think that's my place to comment on, I just kind of want to tell you which equipment is best. So if you're looking for a safety squat bar, in my opinion, the Titan Fitness safety squat bar version 2

 Here's the issue with safety squat bars today is that they're all super expensive. All the top of the level safety squat bars, you look at the Elite FTS SS Yoke, it's over 400 bucks. The Rogue Safety Squat Bar SB1, which really isn't that good of a bar, is 395, not including shipping. Then you have the Kabuki Strength Transformer Bar and that one is like I think around 600 or something even more egregious than $400 from those other companies
