The Renthal Fatbar 35 is a classic aluminum mountain bike handlebar. Renthal made waves in the moto world and worked the same magic to conform to the mountain bike industry. The Fatbar we tested has a modern 35mm clamp diameter and is a sturdy and responsive addition to the front end of any bike. While it is stiff, the Fatbar does a pretty good job of reducing vibration for an aluminum handlebar. This reasonably priced model also strikes a price to performance ratio that none of the other bars we tested can touch. Renthal has recently added a black colorway to this handlebar to appease the crowd that wanted a toned-down version of their classic super-flashy bronze bars. I recently gave my Giant Talon hard tail with it's itty bitty stock narrow bars an upgrade to these renthals. Apart from some hairy moments passing between close set hardwood trees on the trail at speed and nearly clipping both sides simultaneously, the compromise in width doesn't nearly come close to how good my control is again.

 im 15.5 stone and with all my weight they just flex ever so slightly so that would equal comfort on the trails . lovely hard anodized finish . look great complimented with Kevlar grips

I've had these bars on my gravel bike for several weeks and have ridden a couple of hundred miles on pavement and off. The bars have lots of usable positions, and I actually prefer the flair of the drops on the road, over my standard drop bars, which surprised me. The flair works really well on rough roads and descents much better than standard drop bars. The ergo bends in the drops take a bit of adaptation, but I find them comfortable after a few rides

Nice adventure bar

Turned my flatbar urban commuter into an allroad/gravel bike and liked these bars since they are wider than most gravel options and I'm a taller dude at 6'1". Flair is nice and the ergonomic bends in the drops are nice. Good for a quality but low price drop bar option.

I’ve had my road bike for about seven years and I never could get the right fit until I bought this handlebar. A buddy suggested I try an adventure type handlebar. I chose the Richy Comp Venturebar because of the price yes, but primarily because of the design. Transition between positions is very smooth, the rise in the drop fits the middle of my palm which keeps my hands from going numb
