I'm 5ft7-8 and the lumbar fits me perfectly and my feet are just barely touching the floor in it at its lowest height setting. Any shorter your feet will be swinging, and any taller than 5ft10 the lumbar wont line up right unless you're all legs with a short torso

 Assembly was quick and easy took maybe 15-20minutes tops. My major gripe is the 4D arm rests are a bit wobbly as that seems to be the case for every one of these chairs from the reviews and videos i've seen. Comfortability is Average but the Lumbar support is Amazing!

I bought the XL. pros: lumbar support/aesthetic Cons: cost/seat width(narrow)  All in all the chair is quite comfortable a tad on the firm side but it is comfortable to sit in for extended periods. I have been looking for an office chair with specific ergonomic features that fits me perfectly for over 2 years. I'm 5'4 and 170 lbs. I have neck and lower back soft tissue damage and after years of working on a computer I have mouse shoulder (repetitive strain injury) from moving between the keyboard and mouse. Things I've tried so far: keyboard with roller bar mouse (hated it) roller ball mouse, Mobodesk from ErgoGuys (it's like a highchair tray that sits on your armrests and has a mouse pad

 I needed a chair that would bring my elbows closer to my body. I never knew it would be this hard to find one, at a price I was willing to pay. After a year of searching I realized I was going to have to pay more than I wanted to do I did a bunch of research on ergonomics to find the size & feature requirements that fit me. If I was going to spend a bunch of money on a chair it had to be perfect

 This thing is built like a tank. Everyone deserves a comfortable and well built chair. If you're willing to spend hundreds, if not thousands, on a mattress for a good night's rest, then you should look at your computer chair the same way.

 Let me tell you what, every time I sit down on this chair to do something on her PC, I find every excuse not to get up, it feels that nice. The lumbar support is amazing, I wished it came standard in every automobile sold. This chair was well packaged, like the manufacturer was delivering a fragile piece of equipment. The assembly instruction, which consisted of a huge poster, made putting this together a breeze

First off, I don't use this chair, I bought it for my daughter who spends a typical amount of time on her PC either doing graphic arts or playing video games. This is an upgrade from a $60 Amazon basic chair that did it's job for about 3 years but was starting to wear down and was no longer suitable for a growing child.  It could use more lumbar support - in fact it could use any lumbar support because it's simply non-existent.  The arm rests move vertically, are easy to reposition, and lock firmly in the vertical but they also move horizontally - the armrest pads can be twisted into 3 positions which could be a surprise feature that I didn't know I needed, but it seems to be a solution to problem that doesn't exist - at least for me. The arm rests are a bit too easy to knock out of preferred position. This is over-critical a bit because I quickly became used to it and it doesn't make me regret buying the chair

  The backrest adjustment for preferred positioning is adequate but the handle doesn't engage smoothly. But it's that's a "set it and forget it" thing for me.  Overall this is a big upgrade over what I was using - a generic gaming chair - and I recommend it to anyone seeking a gaming chair at this price point.

 First, in line is me now you might ask why i'd be a good candidate to review chairs? Well, i've tried my fair share of chairs over the years working at various tech companies, and i've also tried many chairs at home, including this one.  I like that the seat back is mesh, which provides ventilation. The back is contoured for full support, and there is an adjustable lumbar support that is supportive, but not too obtrusive as some lumbar supports that I have experienced on other chairs. The chair features Steelcase’s Air LiveBack technology, which the manufacturer says: “features an innovative geometric design that flexes in two dimensions, supporting each part of your spine for responsive, personalized comfort and fit.” I cannot readily feel a difference from other chairs, but perhaps once I start using this chair for long periods it will be more noticeable

 Everything was preassembled so all that was required was to insert the piston into the seat assembly, insert the wheel assembly onto the piston, and slide the seat back into position. Done! No tools were needed.  The chair is quite comfortable. The seat cushion is somewhat firm, but not uncomfortably so

 If you chose the headrest option for your chair today, i'm going to show you how to install it you're going to need a t25 torx bit to remove the screws from the backrest [ Music ]. First, you want to pull your headrest out all the way then line it up with the back and push up until you hear it. Click into place then use the provided screws to screw the headrest into the back [ Music ] first impressions series: two, you know i really like the look, it's very familiar to me. It it's similar, i think, to the emea chairs, especially with that back

 It'S a little firm of the seat, excited to take some more time and spend some more time with this one. I did so much research and studied about chairs that cost between 400-800. I would only recommend this chair if it’s under 450. This is not something I would buy if it’s over 500. The back support is average and arm rests are good but the cushion is below average
