 Then torque the bottom two bolts. This makes it easier to get even torque and even pressure across the faceplate, which matters with carbon bars.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time on these bars (probably around 700 miles), riding everything from big backcountry loops to laps in the Whistler bike park. After all of that, everything about these bars falls right in line with my prior conclusions: I like how Race Face bars ride. They just hit a nice blend of stiffness for steering precision, while also doing a decent job of damping out vibrations to help keep my hands from hurting.

I've had these bars on my gravel bike for several weeks and have ridden a couple of hundred miles on pavement and off. The bars have lots of usable positions, and I actually prefer the flair of the drops on the road, over my standard drop bars, which surprised me. The flair works really well on rough roads and descents much better than standard drop bars. The ergo bends in the drops take a bit of adaptation, but I find them comfortable after a few rides

Nice adventure bar

Turned my flatbar urban commuter into an allroad/gravel bike and liked these bars since they are wider than most gravel options and I'm a taller dude at 6'1". Flair is nice and the ergonomic bends in the drops are nice. Good for a quality but low price drop bar option.

Good option for a more offroad drop bar

I’ve had my road bike for about seven years and I never could get the right fit until I bought this handlebar. A buddy suggested I try an adventure type handlebar. I chose the Richy Comp Venturebar because of the price yes, but primarily because of the design. Transition between positions is very smooth, the rise in the drop fits the middle of my palm which keeps my hands from going numb
