 Hello everybody, welcome back to my channel.

 and I am gonna be trying out this product

 This is the NYX Epic Wear Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner.

 and then I wanna show you guys how it does throughout the day.

 It's supposed to be long lasting and waterproof.

 And then I did read mixed reviews online.

 I think on Ulta it was like 3.5 I believe

 I guess they're saying that the formula changed.

 So I don't know if it's gonna be any good.

 And it does say it's long wearing liquid liner.

 and dries down very quickly into a matte finish.

 And it is the fine and flexible brush tip

 or epic pink designs to a dramatic graphic eye.

 I did already do my full face, my eyebrows

 and then I did put a primer on the eyelids

 just in case I wanna put a little bit of shimmer

 I have tried the other liners, liquid liners

 So I am gonna start off with my eyeliner.

 on the outsides of the eye to elongate them.

 All right, and then I'm already gonna curl the lashes

 After doing that, I already wanted to put my mascara on.

 So it's the Yoga waterproof mascara by Eyeko into black.

 but I'm just gonna focus on the outside of my eyes.

 Usually I don't go all the way because I have small eyes

 and then I feel like it makes my eyes look smaller.

 So I'm just gonna do the wing on the outside

 So I'm just gonna go alongside the lashes.

 Okay, so so far this is how it's looking.

 The pigment is actually moving very nicely

 and then I see no like dents or like holes

 Like there's no filling in to do right now.

 but I feel like it was very easy to apply

 and it's moving very nicely with the brush.

 I'm gonna clean it up a little bit right there.

 I don't have any putting on so I'm gonna do it

 But so far as far as the application and the brush

 But yeah, I really do recommend this you guys.

 Or perhaps this is just the devil in cosmetic form. Get behind me, satan!  The brush is very thin, long, and wibbly-wobbly, which makes it harder for me to get a straight line. Your mileage may vary. The formula is strangely not a true matte---it seemed to stay glossy in some areas, while looking a little crepey and dusty in others

I really didn't like this liquid liner, and I realize I'm the lone voice of dissent against hundreds of positive reviews, but I tried to like it, and I just can't. It's so thin and runny that it's difficult to control, and you're in for a nasty surprise the first time you use the brush, blithely unaware of just how much the brush is picking up. Spoiler alert: it got all over my eyelid when I naively tried to wield the brush, and all over my finger and practically out to my eyebrow when I tried to fix my mistake.  I fully admit that part of the problem is my lack of liquid eyeliner skill

I hate to be the odd man out, but......

 Like you can just put it at the edge. You can just apply it to the edges or the corners and you're set. You don't need to literally wing it like a bird's wing and take off this planet. You don't have to do that

 So as you could see my eyeliner and then I'll just fill it in. So I make the liner and then I go from the bottom and then I flick it up and then I'll just fill it in. And that's pretty much it. And I'll close my eyes like this and that's pretty much it

 My tip is to again, slowly apply it and build it up. Now what I like to do personally is I'll take the brush and make the liner. So I'll start from like midway, kind of where my pupils are and then kind of go down in like a straight line. I just make like a little triangular area in that corner
