People have been loyal to this eyeliner until it started changing. So I don't know if it's gonna be any good. I read mixed reviews

I think this is an amazing drugstore eyeliner. I think it is very very black which is awesome.

I like NYX waterproof matte liner because once it dries it won't smudge. Ive also found that an eyelid primer keeps my oils from eating away at my liner and transferring it onto my upper lid. Look up hooded eye eyeliner tips on YouTube.
