They're comfortable to play in, at least, in terms of movement around the court, and I feel like there's a lot of support in both the arch and ankle areas of the shoe. i've been happy with Ryka shoes for pickleball but I became super concerned about good tread on my shoes as recently several players have fallen resulting in serious injuries. My Ryka's have never failed me, but since I play 7 days a week, I wanted to ensure the best tread outdoor court shoe I could find.

I'll use this shoes for play tennis specifically. It has a nice grip to get response at the court.
